Fresh pasta with meat sauce, steak tartare, roast meats, mushroom risotto and mature cheeses.

Cold pre-fermentation maceration followed by low-temperature fermentation in stainless steel under controlled temperature and oxygenation. The wine is then aged approximately 3–6 months in stainless steel.
