Recommended with meat-based appetizers and meat and fish carpaccios. A classic companion for fresh pasta, even better if stuffed, or with roasts and braised meats. Feathered game is also a good fit.

Fermented at controlled temperatures between 18–25°C with selected yeasts, followed by 15 days of skin maceration and very gentle pressing to preserve elegance and avoid harsh tannin extraction. The wine is then aged for 12 months in 25-hectoliter French oak barrels before bottling in September 2023.
