This Shipping and Return Policy governs shipping and returns in relation to your orders on our Website and constitutes an integral part of Terms of Use. Please, read the Terms of Use before using any our Service. All definitions in this Shipping and Return Policy have the meanings given in the Terms of Use unless otherwise stated herein.


Any order containing perishable products (e.g., caviar) will be shipped via:

FedEx Priority Overnight for $35 per shipping address. NOTE: Items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico will have an extra $15 charge.

Orders containing ONLY non-perishable products can be shipped via FedEx Second Day Air for $23 per shipping address, FedEx Third Day for $19 per shipping address, or FedEx Ground for $15 per shipping address.

We can deliver Houston orders for $30 per shipping address. Delivery within Houston is possible any day, even on weekends and holidays; please get in touch with us.

Delivery Requirements:

You will be provided with two options for receiving your order from FedEx: No Signature Required and Signature Required. You acknowledge that if you opt for No Signature Required option you order may be delivered to you without you being present at the moment of delivery. In this case your order is deemed fulfilled at the moment of delivery indicated by FedEx. We do not bear any liability in relation to your order if you cannot locate it upon No Signature Required delivery.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes under any circumstances.

FedEx requires a signature for all deliveries and will not leave a package without one. If you would like FedEx to leave the package without a signature, please check the “Permission to leave the package without signature” box below, where you choose the delivery date.

Due to shipping limitations, we cannot ship packages for delivery on the following holidays or the day after that: New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. We are also unable to ship perishable goods on all Mondays.

You must supply a daytime phone number to ensure that we and FedEx are able to make the delivery.

You will be informed of any delay in completing your order. Out-of-stock items may be substituted with items of equal or more excellent value.


Our product is held to the highest standards for quality and freshness. Upon arrival, all products should be thoroughly inspected and immediately refrigerated.

Should there be a concern that the product is unsatisfactory, a claim must be made within 24 hours of receipt of the delivery. Upon notification, we will provide you with a return authorization code and specific return instructions.

No returns will be accepted without prior return authorization.

We do not accept returns for products that have been discarded or partially consumed. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we will not refund you for products not received within two days of shipping due to incorrect or insufficient information provided by you and/or absence of recipient. Please be sure to retain all packaging in the event a return is necessary. We are not responsible for lost or stolen goods.
