Grape: 50% Malbec, 50% Tannat

Winemaking: Traditional assemblage of our country, where the two varieties are amalgamated to achieve a perfect balance. The vinification of each variety is carried out separately, respecting the oenological maturity of each of them. Cold maceration for 12 hours. Traditional fermentation and gentle pressing.

Tasting notes: Ripe cherry color. On the nose reminiscent of notes of raspberry, pomegranate and plum. On the palate friendly and balanced, presence of ripe tannins. and velvety. 

Food Pairing:  Red meats, pork, creamy sauces.
