Tasting notes: Explosion of floral aromas and caramelized red fruits, well-minty herbaceous aromas, wild aromas such as native trees of the area. Sweet, juicy, pleasant, and subtle entry. Black pepper mouth finish. Medium flow, and astringent finish typical of its round tannins.

Food Pairing:  Ideal to taste with complex cheeses such such as Camembert, Brie, Pepato, and also for Accompany with juicy, lean meats, and risottos creamy Portobello mushrooms.
