Winemaking: Classic in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation 15 days at controlled temperature and aged for 3 months on its lees.

Tasting notes: Yellow pale color with green shades Intense aromas of passion fruit, green apple, pineapple, guava, tropical fruit, and fresh flowers Well balanced acidity, shows in mouth a surprising volume due an ageing “sur lies”.

Food Pairing:  Seafood, white fish and appetizers.
