Grape: 70 % Malbec and 30 %Merlot

Vintage:  2019

Winemaking: 12 to 18 months in first-use French Oak.

Tasting notes: Aromas of plums and red fruits. The contribution of sweet tannins of Malbec added to the delicacy of Merlot, result in an elegant and intense wine. They are fine, elegant, and velvety, with marked flavors of plum, raisin, mint, and honey.

Food Pairing:  Legumes, nuts, vegetables, game meats, rice, semi-hard cheeses.
